Dziady Recycling concert

On 31 October at 7pm at the National Forum of Music (NFM), a concert will take place as part of Dziady Recycling Festival. In Part 1, the NFM Symphony Orchestra under Vladimir Fanshil will perform Gustav Mahler’s Totenfeier (Funeral Rites), a symphonic poem inspired by Adam Mickiewicz’s Forefathers’s Eve, Part IV. Part 2 will contain ritual music of the Afro-Brazilian cult of Candomblé and the Afro-Haitian cult of Vodou, performed by members of the Ilê Axé Ajagunã Temple, Brazil, and the Rasin an Bout Temple, Haiti. In Part 3, the Mateusz Rybicki Trio will play All Souls’ Day jazz improvisations.

Tickets

Tickets are available at the National Forum of Music and cost 40–110 PLN and 25–60 PLN (concessions).

Concerts for students

This season, the National Forum of Music offers special prices for students under 26 years of age. A student tickets to the Dziady Recycling concert costs 10 PLN. Ticket holders are admitted on presentation of their students IDs.
