Volunteering

Are you interested in theatre, performance, film, and arts administration? Do you have time, energy and an open mind? Do you speak one or more foreign languages? If so, become a volunteer and join our Theatre Olympics team.

We need volunteers who have spare time on their hands, especially in October and November, to co-create the Theatre Olympics. Speakers of foreign languages (English, French, Italian and Russian) are very welcome. We also offer placement and internship opportunities at the Grotowski Institute during the Olympics.

Volunteers will be organised into teams working at the festival office, the press office, in publicity and public relations, at information desks, as ushers, assisting Polish and international guests, and completing special tasks – providing support at events such as discussions, workshops, film screenings, conferences, etc.

If you want to join one of the teams, indicate it in your application, providing reasons. Those of you who are open to diverse challenges can join a number of different groups at the same time or different groups at different times.

Please submit your completed application form by 20 September. For more details, go to the ‘Volunteers’ section of our website.
